Drilled it to 10mm, and slammed it along with the pulley onto the motor shaft. Most of the drive mechanics are now complete. So theoretically, I can run a wheelspin test, except it probably won&#8217;t go too far &#8211; I don&#8217;t have batteries, a suitable controller, or anything else yet. Latest pics&#8230;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><a href=\"\/pics\/sc\/sc_18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/pics\/sc\/tnsc_18.jpg\" alt=\"Motor with pulley\" title=\"Motor with pulley\" style=\"width: 128px; height: 96px\" height=\"96\" width=\"128\" \/><\/a> 16 tooth 5mm GT pulley installed on motor. The bore is 2mm too large, but the gap was bridged by a convenient piece of steel spacer that was drilled to size. I&#8217;m not sure why I went with flangeless pulleys, so it will need a belt tensioner\/retainer. The tension seems alright by itself, but everything is on ball bearings, so more doesn&#8217;t hurt.
